The BIG game!

it's finally here! game time! osu vs. lsu for the national championship! we're all ready with our decorations, clothes, hats, necklaces, and the buckeye casserole! we even went all out for the big game and used red and green tortilla chips! here's the recipe, cause you know you want to try it! :)
This is actually Allen's recipe. We fix it every Saturday for the game and it's always a big hit.
1 can cream of mushroom soup - 1 can cream of chicken soup - 2 large chicken breasts cooked and diced - 1 can refried beans - 1 sm. jar salsa
Mix the above in a large bowl.
In a casserole dish, put a thin layer of tortilla chips. Pour a layer of the above mixture over chips. Spread with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Layer chips again, then mixture, then cheese. Layer chips (crushed or arrange them in rows) and then cheese on top.
Bake @400 for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy and GO BUCKS!

Oh, not a good game. Now we'll all be in a deep depression. If you don't hear from us for a while, send chocolate.

hahaha the "send chocolate" made me laugh....I am not an Ohio native, but most of my friends are (we live near cincy) and I know several friends have went in to near seclusions of late over the game (including my spin class instructor!)
Just wanted to let you know i just stumbled on your blog, have only read ONE entry and already am happy I did :)
thanks so much for the chuckle, and condolences on the Buckeye fall....
