We also climbed to the top of Pike's Peak (yes, in the truck again!). Besides the amazing views, there are also donuts at the top!!! The Summit House serves cake donuts made from a top secret high altitude recipe. What a fun treat at the top!
And though it was a beautiful August day, we were so high up that it snowed on us!!
