The Lundy 5

it was sad to see them go! but i knew those two would have such a fun time together backpacking for three days. i sure was glad to see them on the last day though!! we hiked about a mile with them to see them off. afterwards matt, lizzie, and i stopped to cool off in a pretty mountain stream. then had a movie night with popcorn. seriously roughing it, while allen and josh slept in a tent near a bear!

the kids got to make (aka decorate) hiking sticks one night. they used leather, beads, and paint and had a lot of fun. lizzie made hers pretty, matt made his cool, and josh put OSU on his! lizzie also found some pretty flowers for her hair. :)

after all my working trips, i thought it would be fun to take the red-eye home from vegas, get home at 9am then leave for a two week camping trip! yeah, that day was kinda rough (especially since they lost my luggage on the way home!) but i managed and we had a wonderful trip! first stop was hocking hills. it's so close to us and we've never been, so it was time. very cool caves and hiking. the kids and dog had a ball!

amanda and i went to vegas for a quick, one-day show. the ipi show is always fun because it's only photo stores, who are already printing photos so of course they love to print digital scrapbook pages, so of course they love DSP products! the green valley ranch resort was awesome too! our view of the strip was great, day and night. we were far away, south of the airport, so it was very peaceful! amanda's so cute in her maternity clothes! it was nice to see her again too!

are these not the cutest pens? or maybe just my three make it the cutest! i love pulling it out of my purse at stores, always gets a fun comment. available here at DSP of course! we just got some of the coolest magnetic cube frames too!

hard to believe but matt's now a 5-yr-old! i'm not ready!! he had a harry potter party and we celebrated with grandma and grandpa! we went to culvers (and i think grandpa is hooked now!) josh and lizzie made him some cute cards. the grands spoiled him rotten as usual. and we all had fun. :)
