Scrap the Map

Howdy neighbors!  Yep, we're that crazy adventurous Lundy family RVing the USA.  Check out our scrapbook pages as we Scrap the Map.  While we're RVing the country , my goal is to scrapbook our adventures in each state.  As I only have 21 scrapbook pages completed and we've visited 48 states, I'm a tad behind!  This slide show will be updated as I scrapbook new states. Since I do digital scrapbooking, Elizabeth Weaver's templates make it super easy.  I just need to open Photoshop and get cracking!

Document December, week 4

December is scrapped! I did it!!! I took a photo a day to Document December AND tossed them onto my page for the last week. Since I did 7 days for the first three weeks, I had a few extra days to toss onto this one. (Control J to duplicate the day tabs!) As usual, I used Erica Belton's Plastic Pocket Overlays , Nicole Young's day tabs , and the Happy Holly Days Megakit for the background pieces. Want to join in? Try January, February, daily, weekly, whatever! You can do it however you wish. Check out the Document December forum for ideas! Week 3: Week 2: Week 1:    See the post about how I did it using digital scrapbooking here .

I used Erica Belton's fun Plastic Pocket Overlays to make it look like I simply dropped the pics into a pocket page. I added Nicole Young's tabs for the days .  And I used the Happy Holly Days Megakit for the pieces of backgrounds for the "empty pockets" for journaling. Want to join in? You can do it however you wish. Check out the Document December forum!   For those who are visual and would like an idea of digital scrapbooking, here's a peek at my blank page for next week.  I'll move the day tabs around to whichever pockets I choose for the photos.  I'll "cut" the blue backgrounds to fill in the remaining pockets.  I'll add th...

Menu planning winners!

***And the winners are... (of the Recipe Book Megakit) Heather and (of the printable menu board) Taly! I'll email you the details. Congrats!  Read the original post about our menu planning board ! ... I created this in Photoshop, printed at 8x10 on photo paper, taped it to the cabinet, and just added real sticky notes and this week's menu! I used the Recipe Book Megakit and the Urban Grunge Megakit from DSP. Super easy and such a fun project! (If you need help with digital scrapbooking , DSP 's your place!)
