Glacier National Park

We spent the day in Glacier today and wow.  The pictures just don't do it justice.  You really need to visit!  Here are just a few favorites from our drives and hikes. Lake McDonald Views like this all day on the Going To The Sun Road Matt, celebrating turning 11, a birthday at yet another awesome place! Panorama of Hidden Lake Oh, hello mama goat, I was only taking a picture of your baby!  Baby!   Saint Mary Falls Many more pics:

West Glacier, MT

Lizzy and I dropped the boys off for a day of shredding the Middle Fork of the Flathead River outside of Glacier National Park.  It was amazing blue!  It's clear, cold, and just beautiful.  We hiked down to a rapid to watch them, then down to the take out, both equally gorgeous spots.  Then they took us back to the old bridge, where they had jumped already, and they jumped some more!  So blue!  Josh notices me and forgets about the drop!  The water is so clear.  These ledges are very deep.  Why not??  Matt  Josh Allen, off the top rail.  Josh

Glacier National Park

This was our first peek at Glacier National Park.  We stopped by the visitor center to make a plan, which Allen promptly changed after seeing some whitewater boaters as we walked out.  We just stopped by Lake McDonald and wow.  We love it here already!  View from my office.  You have to look to the right, but you can still see more mountains!
