Yorktown

We visited the Colonial Historical National Park in Yorktown Sunday afternoon because they were firing a cannon, which they only do once every two weeks. It was very cool and of course the kids loved it. They only use a forth of the gunpowder, and it was SO loud! We watched that demonstration, heard some great(?) decapitation stories, and took the trolly tour around Yorktown. The kids did the Junior Ranger program as well.
Josh especially is loving the war history we're learning.
