Theodore Roosevelt National Park

Western North Dakota was so different from the eastern side, and so pretty.  This was our first glimpse of Theodore Roosevelt National Park.  We had heard, and it's indeed true, that it's much like the South Dakota Badlands (which we love!), but with greenery.  It was gorgeous!  And there is so much wildlife too. 

 The prairie dogs are so adorable.

 The rattler waiting to eat them, not so much!
